We offer individual and group outpatient therapy. Our therapy options are diverse and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, including all ages and a variety of mental health and substance use needs.

Therapy services are available to everyone to help address the challenges you face. Sliding Scale available with qualifying household income.​

Weekly Group Therapy Options:

Anger Management Group - Tuesdays 5 PM
The anger management group aims to teach effective anger management techniques, prevent violence or the potential for violence, enhance self-control in thoughts and actions, and provide a supportive environment for individuals to receive feedback and assistance.

Family Support Group - Tuesdays 6:30 PM

​Helps concerned families and significant others develop practical skills to support loved ones with substance use concerns while improving their own coping, communication, and boundary-setting. Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) is grounded in behavioral principles and motivational strategies, emphasizing practical tools and positive reinforcement for change. Family members do not need to be LifeHouse clients to participate.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - Wed. 9 AM - 11 AM

Hybrid via Zoom

This program supports adults who experience intense emotions or difficulty managing distress. DBT combines weekly individual counseling with a structured skills group focused on mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants learn practical tools to improve emotional stability, reduce harmful behaviors, and build healthier relationships.

Co-parenting Group - Wednesdays 4 PM

This group helps parents reduce conflict, improve communication, and establish consistent, child-centered parenting across households. Participants learn practical skills for setting boundaries, managing emotions, and navigating common co-parenting challenges in a supportive group setting.

Parenting Group - Thursdays 5:45 PM

​Participants learn positive parenting strategies, strengthen communication skills, and explore ways to build healthy family routines and support systems.​


Substance Use Group - Thursday 6 PM

Participants learn and practice strategies for living healthier lives, building interpersonal skills, and reinforcing and developing social support networks.

Telehealth Substance Use Early Recovery Skills Group - Friday 5:30PM

​This group helps individuals facing substance use challenges develop essential skills for early recovery and relapse prevention.
